Friends of the Museum

In 2009, the Friends of Amersham Museum purchased a long case clock made by Joseph Rogers of Amersham and presented it to the Museum. It is a wonderful addition to the collection and also keeps excellent time.

The Friends of Amersham Museum promote, support and assist the museum by raising money through subscriptions, donations and fund raising events. They benefit from free entry to the museum and receive a regular newsletter as well as taking part in social events and trips. This is a great way to meet others who enjoy being part of the museum.

Individual membership £15 per year or Family membership £20.

This long-case clock, made by Joseph Rogers of Amersham in the late 18th or early 19th century, was purchased for display in 2009 by the Friends of Amersham Museum.
